It's timely to share an update on the plans for the 6th International Conference on Semi-Autogenous and High Pressure Grinding Technology (SAG 2015), which will be held in Vancouver at the Renaissance Hotel September 20-24, 2015.
The call for abstracts has gone out and a steady flow of abstracts are coming in. For abstract submission follow the links in the website, which also includes a list of the major topic themes: http://www.sagconference.com
Also included on the SAG website are the names of the members of the Local Organizing Committee and the names of the other International Committee Members. Mr. Bryan Rairdan, Manager Mineral Process Engineering for Teck Resources Ltd has agreed to serve as Vice-Chair for SAG 2015. The Renaissance Hotel have created new space that will allow us to include a mini-exhibition as well as a poster session. Through the addition of these events, we will be able to increase the number registrations over previous SAG conferences.
